(Remember, since these are our OWN IN-HOUSE STAFF, including chefs, floral designers, and cake baker, we do not have to add on an extra hidden fees for booking and over-seeing services, [as usual "full-service" facilities & packages do] , or charge extra delivery fees or deposits on "extras"; therefore, saving you lots of money in the end.)

Full Wedding & Reception Facilities Package

Basic facilities fee includes:
(These are all the Basic Necessities that all weddings MUST HAVE, PLUS MORE- It Includes a LOT OF GOODIES!)

  • Ceremony Site - Romantic Chapel overlooking a beautiful Valley and Lake - Accommodates up to 45 inside chapel with custom made pews. Unlimited seating outside surrounding chapel on white chairs, and/ or benches. P.A. system.
  • Air Conditioned Indoor Event Room, with lovely draping, French Doors & Cocktail Seating Areas, Covered Patios, and Covered Dance-floor area.
  • Lighted Landscaped Grounds
  • Bed and Breakfast - Gracious 3 Bedroom Guest House for Bridal Party Dressing and overnight stay for up to 6, with breakfast. (This is included in Base Cost for groups over 55 only.) KFR Allows 6 Hours for Event time, with access at 11:00 A.M. to the grounds and Event Facilities for any extra personal decorating or preparation.
  • Tables and Chairs to accommodate up to170- 5' round tables and rectangular tables, as needed, with white chairs. (We can provide more if needed.)
  • All Serving Tables, Sign-in Table, Cake Table. (Ask about our fun Farm Wagon for serving)
  • All Basic Linens and Draping for Tables and Serving Tables (Speciality linens or overlays can be added at an additional fee.)
  • A Civil Officiate to Perform Wedding ceremony.
  • A FULL STAFF for all Up/ Take Down & Clean Up of KFR Facilities and Services, as well as Wait Staff for Food Service. (No Personal Set up or clean up of Personal items or decor.)
  • Access to Fully Stocked FISHING LAKE for guests on wedding day - This is for a limited number - bring your own pole & bait - (Catch & Release, please.)
  • Wedding REHEARSAL for 1 hour - No fee (REHEARSAL DINNER is an additional fee. - ASK IF INTERESTED.)
  • Access to KFR for Wedding Portraits.
  • Full Trash Service
  • Free Parking and Parking Attendants.
  • DJ and/or Band Area, with electricity.

  • FULL SERVICE CATERING IS SUPPLIED BY KFR. Our In-House CHEF and CATERING STAFF provides your choice of beautifully prepared and presented Foods. Ask for a copy of our Wedding menu, or we will custom design for you!
  • ALL FLORAL SERVICES OR USE OF NON-FLORAL DECOR. Our very talented In-House Staff of experienced Floral Designers will execute your choice of personal flowers and decor.
  • BRIDE'S AND GROOM'S CAKE - Bring us your design or we will custom design for you. (Please no fondant!)
  • Cake Cutting, Serving and Packaging up of all cakes.
  • Icing Down of Beverages and Wine Hosting.
  • Porcelain and Stemware, if desired
  • Specialty Linens and Decor.
  • Security for Event Time.
  • Additional B&B Accommodations, if desired, for up to 23.
  • Skeet Shooting for "The Guys", (or ladies). Guns and Shells not provided.
  • Rehearsal Dinner and/or Breakfast for family and guests
  • We will also gladly coordinate outside services such as cake, music, and photographer, or we can recommend a list of preferred vendors for such. (A 12% COORDINATION FEE WILL APPPLY.)---We have 15 years of expertise in weddings, having had over 300 weddings at our location; so, we can tell you some great ones!

A Great Alternative for an Intimate Wedding!
(For up to 35 guests)

  • Use of Chapel and immediate surrounding grounds for 1 and a half hours with seating for up to 35
  • Set-up, take-down and all clean up.
  • Draped Serving Tables & Outdoor tables
  • Flowers for Bride and Boutonniere for Groom & Ferns for Chapel.
  • Light Appetizers and Non-alcoholic Beverages served on the Chapel grounds.
  • Toasting Glasses with a Bottle of Champagne for Bride & Groom.
  • Two-tiered Wedding Cake with fresh flowers.
  • Civil Officiate to perform Wedding.
  • (Also, enjoy the B&B and Breakfast in Bed - PLEASE INQUIRE ON COSTS.)

(Due to the high demand for our services, we do have a minimum cost requirement, to book Saturday afternoon events. Please inquire about Friday or Sunday dates, as this may be a more "budget friendly" alternative.)

*As you look over this information, please understand that we have tried to include different options for our facilities, as well as the policies that we have found work best for the success of all parties. Knolle Farm is a beautiful, graceful ranch, home and grounds, where we are personally involved in most facets of your event vs. an impersonal "run of the mill", commercial event wedding venue. Each wedding here is unique; therefore, most are not TOTAL "packages" per se, (EXCEPT OUR "SIMPLE & ELEGANT" PACKAGE). Specific details are designed and coordinated for each individual event; so, prices depend on services and foods desired. It may help to think of our pricing structure this way... Start with the Facilities Fee and then we add food, flowers, (or decor), cake and any "extras" you may desire. Here, WE SIMPLY DO ALL OF THIS FOR YOU!...


WEDDING ONLY FEES - Use of Facilities includes Chapel and Grounds around Chapel for a 1 hour time. Staff fees for preparation of chapel, mowing, cleaning beforehand are included; but, no additional set up or services is included.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGE - What could be more fun than running away and getting married! We absolutely LOVE to host these special events. Ask us to put together a perfect intimate wedding, complete with ceremony, personal flowers, romantic dinner, (served in your private quarters), private B&B accommodations, with Breakfast in Bed, PLUS ANY EXTRAS YOU MIGHT DESIRE!

REHEARSAL DINNER - Includes a 3 HOUR use of Grounds and/or Event Room, tables & chairs, (picnic tables , if desired), serving tables, set up/ take down & clean up, electricity, & garbage service. FOOD, DECOR, or additional services will incur additional costs.)
